Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move materials within warehouse facility
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and electric pallets
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
