Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload shipments in a timely manner.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues before operation and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Clean and organize the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification within 30 days of hire (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
