Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pack, seal, and label pallets accurately to ensure proper inventory management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
