Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently within the warehouse.
- Perform daily safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and picking orders as directed by management.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level positions.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
