Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy during the receiving and shipping processes using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Operator License (or equivalent certification).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate inventory counts.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
