Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory safely
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S standards
- Support cross-functional logistics tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
