Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/after shifts to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload shipments accurately while following safety protocols
- Organize and manage inventory in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to/from worksite
