Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and recording stock movements
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in regular safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided on-site)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
