Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams to optimize workflow
- Load/untract trailers with proper weight distribution
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (company-provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable transportation to shift location
