Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, reach, or clamp) to move, stack, and organize inventory materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo is secured and free of damage.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and log incoming and outgoing stock data.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure shipping and receiving deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
