Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to load/unload shipments and transport materials within warehouse
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues to supervisor
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow and efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (palletizing, sorting, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (provided on-site)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
