Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and securing loads correctly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our internal training program.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
