Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Conduct daily equipment pre-shift inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Report maintenance issues to prevent equipment downtime
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification (company-sponsored)
- Stable work history with strong reliability references
