Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and efficiency
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our program
