Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliveries
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance operational skills
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
