Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate paperwork for inventory and material transfers
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and measurements
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
