Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials within the facility
- Load/unload trucks and palletize products according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full certification training
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for onboarding)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
