Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Participate in continuous safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Plaza location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire (provided)
