Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper equipment techniques
- Inspect and maintain forklifts daily for operational safety
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
