Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize inventory on pallets and shelves according to safety guidelines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts with accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior forklift experience is required; a valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
