Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts in strict accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Inspect equipment for mechanical issues and perform daily pre-shift safety checks.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse accurately to maintain optimal flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes and manage inventory logs.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (on-site provided).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate industrial machinery.
- Basic computer literacy for time clock and inventory systems.
