Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Assist in general warehouse duties including packing, sorting, and staging shipments
- Work overtime shifts as needed to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior forklift experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
