Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory with precision
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in inventory counts and documentation of material movements
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for overtime shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth, TX facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
