Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Inventory Control: Inspect products for damage, organize stock in the warehouse, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills for understanding safety instructions and communicating with team members.
