Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Stack and organize products efficiently to maximize warehouse space and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
