Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily to ensure operational safety
- Load/unload trucks and containers following established procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times
- Participate in mandatory safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass forklift certification training (provided on-site)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to our Omaha industrial facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed
