Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification within the first 30 days.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
