Responsibilities
- Operate Industrial Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, checking, and stocking of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare pallets for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and meets shipping standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a accident-free workplace.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to operate forklifts in California.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude.
