Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper placement in storage racks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in order picking and packing processes to meet daily shipping targets.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is preferred, but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be punctual and have a reliable work history.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
