Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff regarding incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification through our training program.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
