Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment before and after shifts
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Complete paperwork and inventory documentation
- Participate in ongoing safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
