Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Load/unload shipments with attention to inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid state ID or driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
