Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and move inventory within warehouse facilities
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train! (Entry-level position)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
