Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory and movement reports
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior forklift experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license (Class C or higher)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
