Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to prioritize workflow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory management procedures
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Support cross-functional teams in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime hours as operational needs require
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to our Las Vegas facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
