Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate warehouse equipment after proper certification
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
