Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the warehouse using manual or powered equipment
- Load and unload trucks while verifying product accuracy and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) after training certification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation updates
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after certification
- Reliable transportation to our Cincinnati facility
