Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products within warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy with barcode scanners
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following 5S principles
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyors and wrapping machines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas driver's license (may be required for certain equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
