Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move materials efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory storage with proper labeling and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing orders for shipment
- Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
