Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Scan and sort incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate packing equipment including conveyors, shrink wrappers, and labelers
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and packaging integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems (training included)
