Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory storage and perform cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving shipments and stocking inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our downtown SF facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
