Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support quality control initiatives by inspecting products for damage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to 7820 W Interstate 10 facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- No felony convictions (required for warehouse security clearance)
