Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Document workflow processes for team reference
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
