Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse procedures
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Verify product quality and quantity before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
