Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Inspect products for quality and completeness
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklift training provided)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
