Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips and inventory records
- Maintain organized staging areas and efficient workflow patterns
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Contribute to cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanner technology
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
