Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Maintain organized inventory zones and uphold safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
