Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training) with safety protocols
- Scan and label products to maintain inventory accuracy
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper training techniques
- Reliable transportation to and from our Columbus facility
