Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications and priority
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Scan and sort inventory using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
