Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and report any workplace hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use warehouse management systems to track order progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones/tablets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
